Kathleen spent the first ten years of her culinary career as a private chef. Self-taught and inspired by visits to Europe, she created sweet and savory dishes for satisfied clients across the Bay Area.
Finding her passion in everyone's favorite meal, dessert, Kathleen began Butterscotch Bakery (named for her favorite flavor) and sold delicious baked goods to local cafés.
Not long after, wanting to connect more with her community and neighbors, Kathleen decided to take her treats on the road, and Butterscotch On the Go was born!
Now, Kathleen creates her signature treats in a wheel-free kitchen, but her delicious desserts still travel across the Bay, making life here extra sweet!
